Direct answers about working with Sors Technology — engagement, pricing, delivery and support. Service-specific questions are answered on each service page.
Working with us
Sors Technology is a digital transformation agency: we implement ERP and CRM systems, integrate AI into business workflows, build custom software and web applications, and run search and social marketing. One accountable team takes you from mapping how your business works to a running, measured system.
We serve clients globally in English, and natively in Spanish, Catalan, Malay and Bengali. Delivery runs from our engineering hub in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with working-hour overlap across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Mostly businesses from about 10 to 500 people — large enough to have real operational complexity, small enough that big-consultancy pricing makes no sense. We also serve institutions such as colleges and publishers.
After a short discovery call we deliver a written plan within 48 hours and can typically begin work the same week. Larger implementations start with a discovery phase of one to three weeks.
Yes — our delivery model is remote-first and always has been. Meetings run in your working hours, progress is documented in writing, and every project has a named lead you can reach directly.
Engagement and pricing
Both, plus a third model: fixed-scope projects for defined outcomes, growth retainers for compounding work like SEO and analytics, and dedicated teams for ongoing product development. Many clients combine a project with a support agreement afterwards.
Discovery and design phases are small fixed engagements. Builds are quoted fixed-price from an approved specification with milestone payments. Retainers and dedicated teams are monthly with 30-day notice. Every quote itemises what you receive.
Geography, not quality. Our senior engineers work from Dhaka, where excellent talent costs less than in Barcelona or London. You get senior-level delivery at offshore economics — with contracts, reporting and communication at the standard you expect at home.
Yes, and we recommend it. A discovery phase, a technical audit or a focused fix is a low-risk way to see how we work. The deliverables are yours regardless of whether we continue together.
Delivery
Scope is written down before pricing, work ships in two-week increments you can inspect, and problems are reported the day we see them with options attached. Budget control lives at the checkpoints between increments — that is where you steer.
A written progress note with every increment: what shipped, what is next, what needs your decision. For marketing retainers, a monthly report tied to business metrics — traffic, enquiries, pipeline, revenue — never activity for its own sake.
You do, from day one: source code, databases, hosting and domain accounts, analytics properties and documentation are all registered in your name. Leaving us must always be possible — that is a design constraint of every engagement.
Yes — inherited systems are a large share of our work. We audit first, stabilise backups and monitoring, then improve incrementally. You get a written assessment of what you have before we change anything.
Technology
ERP: Odoo, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Business One. CRM: HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo CRM, Salesforce and self-hosted options like EspoCRM. The recommendation comes after process mapping, with a written comparison.
Two ways: we build AI automations for clients — document processing, customer-response assistants, reporting — and we use AI internally to deliver faster, always under engineering review. In both cases: human accountability, measured results, documented data handling.
Yes. EU-facing work runs on European infrastructure with documented data locations, consent-aware analytics and processing agreements. Internally, access is role-based and credentials are never shared informally.
Support
Every build includes a warranty period where defects are fixed at our cost. After that, support agreements cover monitoring, backups, patching and a response-time commitment — or we hand the system to your team with full documentation.
Yes. We take over hosting, security, performance and SEO for existing platforms and modernise them gradually — no rebuild required to get safe and supported.
