Student management for a multi-campus polytechnic network

The problem
Admissions, attendance, fees and results for thousands of students were tracked in per-campus spreadsheets. Enrolment peaks meant queues at counters, transcript requests took days, and management had no consolidated view across campuses.
Our approach
We built a student-management platform covering admissions, academic records, fee collection and result processing, with role-based portals for staff, students and guardians. Rollout ran campus by campus, with data migrated from historical spreadsheets and staff trained per role.
The outcome
All campuses now run on one system with live consolidated reporting. Enrolment processing that took days happens the same day, transcripts are generated on demand, and the platform has run through multiple full academic cycles under our managed hosting.

AI built into the CRM — every lead answered in minutes

The problem
Enquiries arrived around the clock by WhatsApp, web form and email, but the sales team worked office hours. Leads waited overnight for a first reply, qualification depended on whoever picked the message up, and the CRM only knew what someone remembered to type in.
Our approach
We integrated AI directly into the company's CRM: every enquiry is captured automatically, an assistant drafts a reply in the customer's language and asks the qualifying questions, and the full conversation lands on the right pipeline stage with a summary. Salespeople review and send — the AI never talks to a customer unsupervised.
The outcome
First response now happens in minutes at any hour, qualified leads arrive at the morning stand-up with context attached, and nothing depends on memory. The sales team spends its time closing, not retyping conversations.

From spreadsheet chaos to ERP-backed operations

The problem
A growing distributor ran purchasing, inventory and invoicing across dozens of spreadsheets. Stock counts disagreed with reality, month-end closing took three weeks, and expansion plans stalled because nobody trusted the numbers.
Our approach
We mapped the real processes — including the workarounds — then implemented an open-source ERP covering purchasing, inventory, sales and accounting. Data was cleansed and migrated, the warehouse team got barcode-driven workflows, and finance got automated postings.
The outcome
One system now holds the truth about stock and money. Month-end closes in days, stock accuracy supports reliable delivery promises, and management reviews margins per product line every morning instead of every quarter.

A pipeline the whole firm can finally see

The problem
A consultancy's new business lived in partners' inboxes and memory. Referrals went un-chased, proposals were rebuilt from scratch each time, and the pipeline number changed depending on who you asked.
Our approach
We designed the sales process with the partners first, then implemented a CRM around it: automated lead capture from web and email, templated proposals, follow-up cadences, and dashboards for the weekly pipeline review. AI-assisted drafting cut proposal assembly time.
The outcome
Every enquiry now has an owner and a next step. The firm runs its weekly review from a live dashboard, proposal turnaround dropped from days to hours, and forecasted revenue finally matches what lands.

An institution website that works as hard as its admissions office

The problem
A well-regarded college had a dated website that failed on mobile, said nothing useful to prospective students, and generated walk-in questions the staff answered hundreds of times a term.
Our approach
We redesigned the site mobile-first around the two journeys that matter — prospective students and current guardians — integrated admissions information and notices, and built the content to answer the questions staff were tired of repeating. Search optimisation targeted the terms families actually use.
The outcome
The site now handles the routine questions, admissions information is current without developer help, and search visibility for the institution's name and programmes is first-page. Front-office interruptions dropped noticeably in the first term.

Attendance and shifts for a round-the-clock workforce

The problem
A factory tracked attendance for hundreds of workers across three shifts with paper registers. Overtime disputes were constant, payroll preparation took days of manual reconciliation, and management had no reliable picture of absence patterns.
Our approach
We deployed an attendance system wired to biometric devices at the gates, with shift scheduling, leave management and overtime rules configured to the company's own policies. Payroll-ready timesheets export automatically, and supervisors see absences on a live dashboard.
The outcome
Attendance is now recorded the moment a worker clocks in, disputes are settled from the record instead of by argument, and payroll preparation shrank from days to the same afternoon. Absence trends are visible early enough to plan around.

A ticketing system that retired the shared inbox

The problem
Client requests reached a services firm through five inboxes, personal WhatsApp numbers and phone calls. Requests were missed or answered twice, nobody could say what was outstanding, and clients escalated to directors because it was the only reliable channel.
Our approach
We implemented a ticketing system that turns every email, WhatsApp message and call note into a tracked ticket with an owner, a priority and a deadline. Auto-replies confirm receipt, escalation rules catch anything ageing, and dashboards show workload per team and per client.
The outcome
Every request is now visible from intake to closure, response times are measured instead of guessed, and directors handle exceptions rather than being the system. Clients get status updates without having to chase.

Native mobile apps that carry the daily audience

The problem
A publisher's audience had moved to phones, but its mobile web experience was losing readers and the newsroom had no direct channel for breaking news. Ad revenue followed the drifting audience.
Our approach
We built Android and iOS apps from a single codebase on top of the publisher's existing content platform: an offline-friendly reader, breaking-news push notifications the newsroom triggers itself, and analytics tying editions to engagement.
The outcome
The apps became the publisher's most loyal channel — readers return daily without going through search or social, breaking news reaches subscribers in seconds, and the audience the publisher owns is growing instead of rented.

A progressive web app that feels native on any phone

The problem
A retailer's customers browse on low-end Android phones over patchy connections. The old site was heavy and slow, an app-store app was too expensive to build and market separately, and abandoned sessions peaked exactly where the connection dropped.
Our approach
We built a progressive web app: installable from the browser with no app store, product catalogue cached for offline browsing, images tuned for slow networks, and checkout hardened against connection drops. One codebase serves web, home-screen app and every device.
The outcome
Customers now install the store on their home screen straight from a shared link, browsing keeps working through connection gaps, and sessions that used to die on slow pages carry through to checkout.
